The physical proof. It must be simple and repeatable. Read your declaration, then your affirmation, then perform your action. You are layering the pattern so the Field can register it.
Amplification
Add emotional weight or expanded meaning. Declaration, affirmation, action, then amplification. This is the strongest signal you send to the Field that you are ready for change.
Digital Root Math
Here is the part every new student must understand. You are not only doing these steps on days 1, 3, 6, and 9. You are doing them every time the cycle lands on those numbers again. Take the day you are on and reduce it to one digit.
Day 12 behaves like Day 3, so you read your declaration and say your affirmation. Day 15 behaves like Day 6, so you add your action. Day 18 behaves like Day 9, so you run the full sequence.
This repeats across the entire 36 days. Every third day, you hit one of the anchor points. Every anchor builds on the one before it. By Day 9, 18, 27, and 36, you are running the full pattern. This repetition is what rewrites the Field.
The first 18 days train your mind and nervous system. The next 18 days create the return. The Field begins responding to the new signal you have been sending consistently. This is why things often shift around Day 14 to Day 20. You are observing a new pattern, and the Field begins to match it.
